Description
Streptavidin, cl-APC/Cy7 conjugate, also call tamdem APC streptavidin, is a fluorescent streptavidin conjugate that has broad applications in cytometry and luminex bead based assay. These reagents can also be employed to localize biocytin, biocytin-X, biotin ethylenediamine and so on.
Supplied: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Application:
A biotinylated primary molecules such as an antibody is bound to tissues, cells, or other surfaces. Excess protein is removed by washing, and detection is mediated by adding Streptavidin-cl-APC/Cy7. The concentration provided is based upon molecular mass of streptavidin independent of any additional molecular mass that might be added by the cl-APC/Cy7 conjugation. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.125 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Storage
Store Streptavdin, cl-APC/Cy7 conjugate in dark at 2~8℃. Do not freeze. For research or further manufacturing use only.
